Great for south asian cooking. Frozen is better than ginger garlic paste as it doesn't contain any preservatives or unnecessary ingredients.

These aloo tikki are so, so lovely!! The taste is great! I cooked them in the oven so they did look very different to the picture on the box where they’re fried but after just 15 minutes they were cooked perfectly. They’re fairly mild, but do have a slight kick which compliments the authentic flavour beautifully. I will buy again.
